EXHIBITOR REQUIREMENTS AT CHECK-IN on friday, july 20th:
-A Completed the Solano County Health Department certification at least 14 days prior to the event. You cannot participate in the event if your certification is not on file with the County Health Department.
- A Current copy of your Blood-Borne Pathogens Certificate to the show for inspection by the Health Department. Your certificate is current if it has been issued within a twelve month period.
- A Valid CA Seller's Permit. You may obtain a temporary permit prior to the event. Failure to comply will result in non-participation in the event without refund of your booth fee(s).
ALL EXHIBITORS MUST ADHERE TO FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS AT THE EVENT:
-Adhere to CA State Laws for Tattooing
-Wear their appointed lanyard at all times upon entry to the event.
-Adhere to site rules & regulations for arrival times, exit times, and acceptable behavior.
Provided for all Tattoo/ Piercing Artists
Upon arrival at check-in to your assigned booth space, each 10x10 space will be provided with:
1 Gallon of Purified Water
Sharps Disposal Container
Power Drop in each station
(Artists/ Vendors are responsible for their own extension cords)
2 Tables & 4 Chairs
Wifi Access at the Fairgrounds
2 Vendor Passes & 2 Weekend Passes
1 3-day Parking Pass to Fairgrounds

Banner for your booth space
Small Fan (tabletop fan or standing fan)
The event is for 18+ only. Wristbands will be provided for adults 21+ who choose to purchase alcoholic beverages at the event. No children are allowed on site during the event.
